Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and resolving support issues with a high degree of technical complexity
  • Developing tools that will help in diagnosing, resolving, and triaging hard-to-get-at problems
  • Providing technical solutions and responding to technical requests from customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Trips to our two headquarters along with other locations worldwide for company-wide and team events
  • Hands-on experience with Python and/or R
  • Proficiency working with Unix-based operating systems
  • Working knowledge of various cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Experience working with at least one type of relational database and SQL
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role
