Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and resolving support issues with a high degree of technical complexity
- Developing tools that will help in diagnosing, resolving, and triaging hard-to-get-at problems
- Providing technical solutions and responding to technical requests from customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Trips to our two headquarters along with other locations worldwide for company-wide and team events
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or R
- Proficiency working with Unix-based operating systems
- Working knowledge of various cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience working with at least one type of relational database and SQL
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role
