Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to reported support issues in a timely manner
  • Collecting logs related to customer affecting issues and investigating for possible root cause
  • Participating in internal and customer facing calls related to support issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or related technical fields
  • 4+ years of software technical support or development, or other relevant experience
  • Ability to resolve support issues through investigation, replication, and troubleshooting
