Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to reported support issues in a timely manner
- Collecting logs related to customer affecting issues and investigating for possible root cause
- Participating in internal and customer facing calls related to support issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
