Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in product development cycle to enhance product debugging capabilities
- Creating advanced configuration/policy/design, best practice documentation and knowledge articles
- Assisting support engineers to perform in-depth log analysis, troubleshoot and resolve highly complex MSIP related issues
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in enterprise cloud/network security or administration of security services/devices
- In-depth practical knowledge of data networking (TCP/IP with focus in HTTP/HTTPS) and cybersecurity related technologies
- BS or MS in EE or CS/CE, Math, Physics or related fields
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience with network firewalls, proxy services, or application delivery products required
- Previous escalation role in customer support preferred
