Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring existing infrastructure and processes, identify areas of weaknesses and propose improvements
- Resolving service outages and building automated responses for recurrence prevention
- Handling escalations from team members to assist with client and platform level issues

- Ability to create and maintain documentation for processes, supported infrastructure resources and services
- Experience with managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting daily processes
