Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
  • Develop new feature ideas to meet the ever-evolving needs of our end-users
  • Suggest improvements to processes and tools to help the team be more efficient

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of Linux systems administration experience, including installation methods
  • Experience with Rails and NodeJS
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with to automated testing and continuous integration
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to triage bugs by working through logs and code
