Job Summary
A financial software and business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting critical issues such as system unavailability and system slowness
- Installing and upgrading Windows OS including Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2016 and 2019 migrations and Domain migrations
- Investigating issues with Relius applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.S. in IT/IS or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019l
- Knowledge of networks and network practices
- The ability to manage a project from start to finish
