Job Summary
A collaboration technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Routinely developing reproducible test cases by troubleshooting and debugging at a deep level
- Developing broad and deep expertise for array of assigned products to maximize first contact resolution
- Applying product and industry expertise to actively diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the most complex/advanced customer issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
- College degree in technical related field or industry/career equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a support delivery role or 10 plus years industry/career equivalent experience
- Requires advanced level IT, networking, database or SaaS/Cloud application support experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
