Job Summary
A business services and development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer in Santa Clara.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve challenging issues for ServiceNow partners and customers
- Resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors
- Analyze data with a view to isolate the potential cause of the issue
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- OR 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience
- OR equivalent work experience
- Experience in one (or more) of the following: CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS
- Reading and debugging Java and JavaScript code
- Professional experience in using browser developer tools
