Job Summary

A clinical research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage customer support requests in a professional and efficient manner to resolution
  • Proactively learn new information technologies and chemical techniques
  • Attend visit customers for on-site relationship building or troubleshooting

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%
  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry or related field
