Job Summary
An information technology consulting and solutions provider is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source through job boards, social media, and other outlets to generate talent other than inbound applications
- Identify opportunities in recruitment/hiring process to improve candidate and hiring manager workflows
- Partner with hiring managers to define key needs in roles and provide feedback on qualified candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 + years of Talent Acquisition & Development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of best recruiting strategies
- Experience working with hiring managers to set expectations around role prioritization
- Experience recruiting for a variety of technical positions and qualifications for roles
- Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
