Job Summary
An online banking software provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
- Leverage online recruiting resources and candidate resume databases to identify and recruit candidates
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
- 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or other ATS
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level
