Job Summary

A provider of cloud networking solutions has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Talent Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their BU's and assess immediate and future headcount
  • Conduct REQ fulfillment calls to review job descriptions and requirements for roles
  • Develop a sourcing strategy utilizing your creativity to identify candidate pipelines

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years' experience within the talent acquisition field as a technical recruiter / corporate recruiter
  • Previous experience managing a Recruiter full life cycle desk
  • Possess a creative approach to attracting, sourcing and proactively recruiting talent pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend the nuances and job requirements for different positions
