Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Talent Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building relationships with the most qualified candidates on the Talent platform
- Matching job seekers with employers and help develop ways to scale this model
- Working with product, operations, and leadership teams for the Talent business
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields or
- Equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience as an Agency Technical Recruiter
- Experience with the full life cycle of recruiting (contracts, sourcing, matching, negotiating, etc.)
- Experience mentoring, training, and coaching junior recruiters on a team
- Track record of successful account management and business development with Engineering and/or HR Departments
