Job Summary

A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical VOIP Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Use project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines to set expectations with client team

Required Skills:

• Travel up to 30% of the time depending on Business and Client Needs
• Four-year college degree required – Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or related curriculum
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Account/project management experience
