Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technical Writer.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment and actively engage subject matter experts
  • Plan, research, write, and edit technical content
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to reuse content that support customer activities where possible

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on JIRA experience
  • Experience using Authoring tools, such as RoboHelp
  • 5+ years technical writing/documentation experience in a SaaS software environment
  • Experience creating conceptual architectural content
  • Experience writing clear and concise task-based workflows for different audiences
  • Deep understanding of, and expertise with: Converting technical content into easy-to-follow user documentation
