Job Summary

A market research company is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth grasp of the product and documentation requirements
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with Swagger/Git/Markdown is REQUIRED
  • 4+ years of experience writing Technical Documentation
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation and REST APIs
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Confluence from scratch
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills in English and basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
