Job Summary
An IT security company is in need of a Remote Senior Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Maintain, edit, and update existing product documentation
- Work with the Engineering and QA teams to test and document new product features
- Work with our Support teams to proactively address client support challenges
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years as a Technical Writer, or in a similar technical role (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer)
- Understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory Environments, Enterprise Information Systems, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS; AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, and Markdown editing in Visual Studio Code required
- Self-starter, with a proven track record for creativity and initiative, with first-rate written and verbal communication skills
