Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and ensuring adherence to the department styles and templates
  • Analyzing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
  • Establishing partnerships with leaders in Professional Services, Customer Success and Customer Support

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience as technical writer or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience of technical writing of software documentation
  • Proven experience developing standards with content
  • Advanced working knowledge of Paligo or similar XML topic-based authoring tools is a must
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of editing, proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
