Job Summary

A provider of investment and financial services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Technical Writer Editor.

Must be able to:

• Develop knowledge of the products
• Write release notes, user documentation, help files, and training materials
• Manipulate and work directly on the customer portal to post documents

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s and 3 years of experience, or Master’s and 1 year of experience, or 5 years equivalent experience
• Three years’ experience with Robohelp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Be able to be the lead writer on multiple projects with excellent time management skills
• Agile methodology knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and assist on multiple projects with tight delivery times
• Excellent communication and writing skills
