Job Summary
A technology consulting firm is seeking a Remote Senior Technology Consulting Payroll Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Auditing payroll time files for compliance and successfully uploading time file into ADP
- Conducting audits of data changes and requests to ensure compliancy with company policy and practices
- Following all Payroll Procedures and Company Handbooks to ensure accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration / Finance or
- 7+ years experience
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience performing the essential payroll functions
- Ability to track vacation and sick time accruals according to state labor laws and company policy
- Ability to run pre payroll reports in ADP and reconcile all payroll data prior to transmission to ADP
- Ability to process manual checks, reversals, stop payments, relocations, and grossed up calculations
