Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technology Customer Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the Program Marketing team's CMS, prioritizing new features and managing rollout to end-customers
- Managing a marketing team that can operate efficiently at scale while also focusing on testing, improvement and growth
- Gathering insights from multiple data sources to identify enrollment funnel pinch-points and opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Managerial and/or project management experience
- Ability to review data sets, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into action
- 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on email automation and customer engagement
- Robust knowledge of the marketing technology landscape
- Informed opinions on marketing creative and customer experience best practices
