Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technology Product Benefits Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Solving hard problems with beautiful and simple designs
• Balancing the needs of our League members, HR administrators, and the business to craft the future of our health benefits experience
• Working with product management and engineering to identify the highest impact problems to solve

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of working experience as a Product and/or UX Designer
• Experience with the entire product design process
• Experience leading (and shaping!) process improvements including team rituals and design processes
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to teammates and stakeholders
• Ability to think technically, with working knowledge of platform patterns for Responsive Web and native mobile apps
