Job Summary

A data and information services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technology Project and Program Scrum Master Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and Product owners to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals
  • Demonstrate continuous growth and improvement through learning from others and bringing fresh ideas to the team
  • Track metrics that are important to the success of the team and its delivery

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development
  • 3+ years' experience leading Agile Software development teams through multiple release cycles
  • SCRUM Master for Agile software development teams
  • Ability to analyze critical information and present recommendations to team and to leadership
  • Ability to conduct effective meetings that are punctual and have clear objectives
