- 5+ years’ experience leading recruitment searches
- Experience with structured recruiting methodologies
- Experience as a partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers, hiring teams and candidates
- A focus on continuous improvement
- Self- driven, with a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
