Job Summary
A medical home-care company is seeking a Remote Senior Technology Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to offer and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Own the data integrity and reporting of your roles in our ATS
- Work in tandem with our Recruiting Coordinator, and Hiring Managers to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of experience managing the entire candidate life cycle
- Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing extraordinary talents across business units
- Extensive experience operating a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment resources
- Demonstrated experience creating DEI sourcing strategies and developing relationships for building diverse teams
