Job Summary

A technology consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technology Resource Management Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Escalating recurring delivery issues upstream and track improvement process
Maintaining awareness of existing or potential customer escalation issues
Tracking and reporting on staffing and resource management data and metrics

Qualifications for this position include:

Experience with Sales Force/Financial Force
Solid understanding of consulting business and operations
Understanding of key resource management metrics
Ability to manage upwards and drive results
Ability to display creative thinking on how to solve staffing challenges and willingness to continue learning
