Job Summary

A technology consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technology Resource Management Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Escalating recurring delivery issues upstream and track improvement process
• Maintaining awareness of existing or potential customer escalation issues
• Tracking and reporting on staffing and resource management data and metrics

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience with Sales Force/Financial Force
• Solid understanding of consulting business and operations
• Understanding of key resource management metrics
• Ability to manage upwards and drive results
• Ability to display creative thinking on how to solve staffing challenges and willingness to continue learning
