Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Technology Sales Compensation Design Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating compensation models, sensitivity analysis and conduct statistical analysis
• Providing support in design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs
• Driving the development of sales compensation communication materials for the multiple sales groups

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in building sales compensation plan, quota, and territory design
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas
• Familiarity with sales alignment, territory planning, reporting and analytics
