Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Technology Sales Enablement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales enablement and sales leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create enablement assets
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and create enablement programs that address those gaps and improve sales performance

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sales methodologies and sales training programs
  • Knowledge of sales tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
