An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technology Sales Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
- Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry
- 3+ years experience working with Sales teams
- Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
