Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Telecommunications Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting data center SIP and VOIP services and proactively monitor the health of all Telecom systems
  • Providing specialized technical expertise in researching and resolving VOIP/Telecom/Video related problems
  • Conducting implementations, conversions, and upgrades in a manner consistent with Standard Operating Procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc
  • 5+ years of IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony
  • 5+ years of experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM)
  • 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
  • 3+ years of experience in Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber
  • 3+ years of experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX
