A telecommunications and IT services firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Telecommunications Technology Inside Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing leadership and guidance for a team of quota’d sales representatives
• Ensuring all team members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities
• Defining price points necessary to win business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 7+ years telecommunications experience
• 3+ years people management experience
• Thorough technical understanding of network and managed IT services
• Experience designing custom presentations
• Proven ability to manage sales and technical writing teams is a must
• Proven track record of a consistently achieving and out-performing targets
