Job Summary
A marketing software platform company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Test Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage Test Engineers, QA Analysts, and other managers, helping them balance multiple projects and manage their time
- Support direct reports’ long-term career development
- Foster an environment of cross-team collaboration where questions are welcomed and success is celebrated
Qualifications for this position include:
- Several years of experience with test automation or as an SDET
- Strong knowledge of various test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally within an Agile-based environment
- Ability to cultivate a healthy team culture of inclusion and equity
- Ability to recognize the value of transparent, honest communication and the necessity of sharing information
- Strong people management experience
