Job Summary
An IT operations management firm is seeking a Remote Senior Test Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining integration environments
- Translating end-user functional requirements into fully documented test cases
- Participating in review of project requirements to understand test objectives and to provide input on testability of requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with automated and manual testing including some leadership initiatives and roles
- 2 + years’ operating on an Agile Engineering Team with a solid understanding of SDLC
- Good knowledge of Python, JS and/or Bash
- Experience with creating, maintaining and execution test automation scripts written in Python and/or JavaScript
- Working knowledge and usage of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Travis
