A mortgage banking company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Third Party Originator Loan Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Approving and originating a fully compliant mortgage loan
  • Providing loan data entry/validation
  • Managing an average pipeline of 50 loans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of processing experience with Govt., Conv., and DU/LP
  • General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
  • Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation and disclosure
