A mortgage banking company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Third Party Originator Loan Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Approving and originating a fully compliant mortgage loan
Providing loan data entry/validation
Managing an average pipeline of 50 loans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of processing experience with Govt., Conv., and DU/LP
General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation and disclosure
