Remote Senior Threat Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

A cloud hosting and deployment service provider is in need of a Remote Senior Threat Intelligence Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying, isolating, containing, and eradicating bad actors on the internet
• Guiding live intrusion response actions and incident response cases
• Performing community outreach, liaison, and public speaking in the hacker community

Qualifications Include:

• Annual company offsite
• Significant Experience handling Incident Response actions in response to active intrusions
• A thorough understanding of threat models for: Abuse of Service and Theft of Services
• Established Track Record of successfully working with various Internet Service Providers
• Ability to perform community outreach and speaking with the hacker community
• A high degree of curiosity and aptitude, with a clear passion around security as a lifestyle
