Job Summary
An information technology consultancy has a current position open for a Remote Senior Time and Labor HCM Cloud Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing an exemplary employee user experience with knowledge of the Oracle Time & Labor module
- Functioning as a true “advisor” between business needs and technology
- Building strong relationships with both the clients and project teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 25% travel required
- 4+ years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud -Time & Labor/Absence Management
- Proven knowledge of workforce management disciplines
- Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and proper supporting documentation
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
