Job Summary

A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Total Rewards Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing compensation projects throughout the year
Helping develop or revise compensation programs
Conducting job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in a total rewards-related role
Experience with LTI, STIs, sales compensation, broad-based compensation, and variable pay
Knowledge of job families across typical organization structures
Understanding and/or experience with benefits and benefits administration
Benefits administration experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or completed coursework
