Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Total Rewards and People Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing the company's total rewards programs and roadmap
  • Conducting compensation and pay equity analysis annually
  • Owning benchmarking data and external vendor relationships

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7+ years of global compensation and benefits experience
  • Subject matter experience in benefits, compensation, bonus, equity, variable compensation
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high growth start-up or tech-based organization
  • Technical knowledge of compensation program design and associated legal & tax implications and requirements
  • Experience developing a long-term platform for rewards administration in a high-growth company
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous tasks and translate to solutions that have positive impact
