A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Total Rewards and People Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing the company's total rewards programs and roadmap
- Conducting compensation and pay equity analysis annually
- Owning benchmarking data and external vendor relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of global compensation and benefits experience
- Subject matter experience in benefits, compensation, bonus, equity, variable compensation
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high growth start-up or tech-based organization
- Technical knowledge of compensation program design and associated legal & tax implications and requirements
- Experience developing a long-term platform for rewards administration in a high-growth company
- Ability to navigate ambiguous tasks and translate to solutions that have positive impact
