Job Summary
A non-profit behavioral and social science research organization has an open position for a Remote Senior Total Rewards Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing global total compensation and rewards programs
- Designing global compensation strategy for base and variable incentive pay
- Ensuring that the processing of employee transactions into all applicable systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- 12 plus years progressively responsible experience in global compensation
- Extensive experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Infor, Deltek, Costpoint)
- Strong proficiencies in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Knowledge and experience in determining competitive/market position globally
- Extensive knowledge and experience of other pay practices and issues
