Job Summary

A women’s healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Senior Total Rewards Manager .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and deliver compensation programs
  • Design, administer, monitor, implement compensation programs
  • Communicate all compensation programs to both leadership and employees

Position Requirements Include:

  • Compensation forecasting and modeling for exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Experience with GSheets or Excel
  • Progressive compensation and benefits management experience
  • Experience in identifying, consulting, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient and innovative Total Rewards strategy
