Job Summary
A women’s healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Senior Total Rewards Manager .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and deliver compensation programs
- Design, administer, monitor, implement compensation programs
- Communicate all compensation programs to both leadership and employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Compensation forecasting and modeling for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Experience with GSheets or Excel
- Progressive compensation and benefits management experience
- Experience in identifying, consulting, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient and innovative Total Rewards strategy
