Remote Senior Trainer
Job Summary
Delivering advanced training programs remotely, the full-time Senior Trainer will lead large-scale training efforts for operations staff and external stakeholders, partner with instructional designers, and analyze evaluation results to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs using adult learning principles
- Partners with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend customized training solutions
- Conducts training needs analyses and interprets evaluation results to enhance training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in training, adult learning, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of experience in training delivery and adult learning
- Advanced facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and instructor-led environments
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and training development best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint
