Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Training Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting performance and cause analysis
- Analyzing human performance gaps and for closing them
- Gathering data through a variety of means
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 5 years of experience applying Adult Learning Theory
- 5 Years of Training Design, Delivery, and Development experience
- 5 years of experience within a matrix organization, healthcare or insurance company
- 5 years of Training Leadership experience
- Intermediate Proficiency within MS Office suite
