Job Summary

A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Training Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Train employees on relevant company policies, procedures, and processes using an engaging, informative approach
• Schedule and lead multiple virtual trainings across several company departments
• Lead virtual walkthroughs, tutorials Q&As and other related workshops

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Technical Training Coordinator or similar
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Confluence
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
