A clinical research company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Transcatheter Heart Valve Clinical Research Monitor Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and overseeing the work of multiple functionalities, scope and/or locations
• Planning and directing complex activities with large scale or significant business impact
• Leading team members to take appropriate actions on complex trial monitoring issues

Required Skills:

• Lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in related field
• Demonstrated track record in people management including a remote workforce required
• Previous field monitoring experience, quality assurance/control and regulatory compliance
