Job Summary

A privately held civil engineering firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Transportation Proposal Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end proposal/interview process from initial planning through delivery
• Develop proposal messaging, write content, collaborate with graphic designer and other proposal coordinator
• Provide QC review on proposal materials developed by other proposal coordinators within Transportation Team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/editing skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 5-10+ years of related AEC Industry experience
• Ability to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process
• Exceptional organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects
