Job Summary

A travel agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior Travel Client Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Compile, analyze and communicate operational data and performance metrics
  • Correspond directly with vendors and clients
  • Facilitate loading and rate verification for all negotiated car vendor contracts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years’ customer service experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in an operational and/or client management related within the travel industry
  • Current or past customer facing experience
  • Strong understanding of business travel process related to operations
  • Ability to present material to groups of various sizes
  • Proficient in designated GDS (Worldspan/Sabre/APOLLO)
