Job Summary
A travel agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior Travel Client Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Compile, analyze and communicate operational data and performance metrics
- Correspond directly with vendors and clients
- Facilitate loading and rate verification for all negotiated car vendor contracts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ customer service experience
- 5+ years’ experience in an operational and/or client management related within the travel industry
- Current or past customer facing experience
- Strong understanding of business travel process related to operations
- Ability to present material to groups of various sizes
- Proficient in designated GDS (Worldspan/Sabre/APOLLO)
