Job Summary
A global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to harness the power of digital currency and public blockchains for payments, commerce and financial applications worldwide has a current position open for a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day treasury banking operations, ensuring proper internal controls
- Help ensure the success of critical operational functions, including cash reconciliation, transaction confirmation and cash positioning of the reserve
- Develop a deep understanding of USDC flows and any operational issues which may be experienced by Customers as relates to traditional banking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in Treasury or related field - knowledge of Payments Industry preferred
- Established ability to independently organize, analyze and interpret information to explain irregularities or trends
- Proven comfort with problem solving with a driven attitude to improving standards
- Proven success at identifying and documenting key performance and risk indicators and can develop meaningful and insightful management dashboards and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
- Ability to analyze information by validating and building better reporting for all current and future fiat rails across our products
