Job Summary

A nonprofit company has an open position for a Remote Senior Trust and Safety Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the Trust and Safety Operations team in the Americas
• Articulating a comprehensive and coherent perspective on the role of T&S Operations
• Ensuring departmental excellence through close collaboration with the Director of Trust and Safety

Required Skills:

• Strong data background; highly proficient pulling/synthesizing data and identifying trends, causation, correlation, etc
• Direct experience for 4-8 years managing multi-tiered teams
• Proven experience effectively managing multiple KPI's, projects, and initiatives in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with disinformation challenges in large platform environments
• Understanding of both social and technical approaches to support enhancing community interactions and dynamics
• Ability to anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and initiate escalation paths
