• Serving as escalation point-of-contact
• Reviewing escalated content and assessing for policy compliance
• Performing investigations and deep dive analyses to identify meaningful data clusters

Qualifications Include:

• Well-versed in Content Moderation Tools and workflow management software (ticketing)
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
