Job Summary
A telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior UCaaS Solutions Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
- Performing advanced technical presentations for customers, and prospects remotely and in-person
- Providing direct support for the technical fulfilment of RFIs, RFQs and RFPs in their assigned territory
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned region
- Experience with Voice, Video, Mobile Communications, Fixed Mobile Convergence
- Understanding of customer communications requirements for enterprise business markets
- Strong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols
